Wed 8th May – Aromatic Whites.
Spring inspired. It seems the time has FINALLY come when we can go outside with a glass of wine and enjoy some sunshine or at least the slightly warmer, longer days. These wines, bursting with flavour and refreshing acidity, are great companions in the sun and even better with an Asian-style dish. Come and see for yourself!

Tuesday 14th: Wines To go With Chocolate
Need we say more? Whether you think this is your thing or not, you may be pleasantly surprised. Tasting with local artisan dark and milk chocolates, an experiment style tasting will help you next time you are pondering over what to drink with your chocolate dessert.

Monday 20th: International Pale Ales
Do you normally go for a Belgian or American Style? Stick to Scottish or give Iceland a whirl? We will be putting our best loved Pale Ales up against each other in an interesting and highly enjoyable journey to different parts of the globe. Useful for opening up new ideas for different moods.

Tuesday 28th: Pinot Noir
This fussy and demanding grape produces some of the world’s most amazingly beautiful wines. Come and join us as we discover some gems from both the new and the old world.

Tuesday 7th May: Meet the Winemaker – Peter Franus.
California’s Peter Franus is an exceptional winemaker, producing some stunning wines. Join us as the charming and down-to-earth man himself talks us through his generous, balanced, and premium wines.

Monday 13th: Around the World with Red Ales, Ambers and Bitters.
Globetrotting with six red-headed beers.

Wednesday 15th: Wine and Rivers. Wines from all over the world can be massively influenced by nearby rivers, and this tasting will show you how. This is one for the geography enthusiast!

Tuesday 21st: Beaujolais.
Fruity, juicy and fresh Beaujolais is thing of joy on a sunny day. We’ll be tasting a selection of village crus.

Monday 27th: Around the World with Stouts and Porters.
A selection of our favourite dark beers.

Wednesday 29th: 6 Wines to go with Steak. Yummy! This is always a popular tasting, so make sure you book your places early. We will be serving steak and 6 great reds, so all you have to do is decide which wine works the best!
