Cadillac
Cadillac is a small, sweet white appellation just north of Loupiac. Until 1973 it was part of the Premieres Cotes de Bordeaux appellation but its special combination of chalk and gravel justified its separate appellation status. The area's red wines are still classified as Premieres Cotes de Bordeaux.
