Le Haut Chesneau Sauvignon Blanc 2009

The vines are on average age of 25 years old, andgrown on limestone soils. This wine possesses all the fresh blackcurrant fruits, and an ideal accompaniment for all fish, and white meats : also try it with goat's cheese ! Best served chilled.
