Cranswick Sarus Shiraz 2008

This typically bold Australian Shiraz is sourced from carefully selected vineyards in the Barossa. A powerful with rich bramble fruit and chocolate undertones enhanced by a spiciness imparted by careful maturation in American oak barriques. This is a wine to be savoured or cellared. Serve with hearty red meat dishes, succulent steaks or mature hard cheese.
