Marti Serda Cava Brut NV

This Brut begins to take shape over a period of 24 months ageing in the Marti Serda cellars. Pale yellow in colour, the Cava gives off small, persistent bubbles which form a crown on the surface. Fruity contact with the yeast gives this Cava a well-rounded, mature flavour. Elegant, with just the right level of acidity. Recommended as an aperitif and to accompany fish and seafood, pasta and rice. (Picture coming soon).
