Devaux Cuvee Rosé Champagne NV
Devaux is the brand bought and developed by the Union Auboise.It is a dynamic co-operative located in the southern part of
Champagne, and is one of the biggest vineyard holders in the
region, with 1450 ha of vineyard in the Aube & the Cote des Blancs.
Devaux’s control over its grape supply is a rarity in Champagne, as few producers have such control. The co-op has contracts with a number of top houses in Champagne, and is able to reserve its best
grapes for its own wines.
The quality of the wines illustrates why Tom Stevenson, the UK’s leading writer on Champagne, listed Devaux as one of his top 10
fastest improving producers in Decanter magazine.

The Cuvee Rosee has good colour, notes of ripe red berries on the
nose, and a rich, lively character on the palate.
