Stewart St. Giles

A ruby red beer brewed with Maris Otter pale malt, crystal, dark crystal, chocolate and wheat malts, with Cascade and Magnum hops. It has a rich chocolate/coffee aroma with roasted grain, while the palate is dominated by sweet malt, dry chocolate, roast and burnt fruit notes with a gentle underpinning of spicy hops. Cappuccino coffee and chocolate are evident in the finish, with roasted grain and spicy hops.
