Marti Serda Blanc de Blanc 2006
A young white wine made from the Macabeo, Xarello and Chardonnay grapes. Fermented for 18 days at 15 degrees C in stainless steel tanks. Bottled in mid-November after tartaric stabilisation. Pale yellow colour with greenish tints. Fine, intense flavour with a fruity hint of apple. Light and dry to the taste, with a subtle herbal sensation. The perfect accompaniment for rice, pasta and cheese, Blanc de Blancs is also particularly suited to accompany fish and seafood dishes. (Picture coming soon).
