Marti Serda Cabernet Reserva 2001
Made exclusively from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from Marti Serda vineyards and harvested only when ripened to perfection. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 23-25 degrees C. After several months in the tanks the wine is aged in oak barrels for no less than 12 months and in the bottle for 24 months minimum. This intensely aromatic wine is ruby red in colour and the oak barrel gives the wine a balanced flavour with a touch of vanilla, while the taste is well structured, robust and full of character like all the best reservas. Ideal to accompany meat, game bird dishes and cheese.
