Red color ruby of high cap. Aromatic high intensity. Tertiary aromas : balsamic, torrefactos, medicinal, fruit in compote.... In mouth it is a wine with very much body, with a slightly high astringency that guarantees a good longevity. The wood appears, very well mixed with the alcohol and the acidity. Wide and complex, very persistent, balsamic posttaste and coffee.This wine only is elaborated in vintages of confirmed quality, with an aging of three years in casks of French new oak, and later rest in bottle of a minimum of 6 months.
