Chateau de l'Eclair Beaujolais Blanc 2007
Pale gold in colour with green reflects, the wine is rounded and the legs which follow theglass, confirm this point. It is silky. On the nose, there are notes of peach, acacia and citrus. On the palate, it is thirst-quenching and tastes of grilled bread, butter and honey. This is a wine for fish, oysters or cheese. It will age well up to 4 years. Its nickname is « la perle rare du Beaujolais » (pearl of Beaujolais) because the
Beaujolais Blanc represents only 1% of the total production. 200 winemakers
produce a Beaujolais Blanc.
