F Schwach Pinot Blanc 2005

This wine has great balance between acidity and roundness. A perfect happy medium in the range of Alsace wines. A great match for seafood, hors-d'oeuvres and pork-meat. It is so light and pleasant that it is recommended all along a meal and between meals too.
