Making an Order – minimum order is 12 standard bottles (75ml) or the equivalent, basically 9 litres.

Payment – we accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Solo or Delta. Please do not send your credit card number via email. It is only secure if you use our secure payment system.

Shipping and Handling – we offer free delivery within mainland UK. If your order is processed before Wednesday, you should receive it the same week with deliveries usually arriving on a Thursday or Friday. If there is no-one in at your address, the courier will leave your wine with a neighbour. Please let us know if you have not received your order within this period and we will get onto it.

Back Orders – if our website says that something is in stock, it should be available. However, if for some reason a bottle that you have ordered is not in stock, we will contact you immediately to let you know. It may be that it will shortly be back in stock or it may be that we will suggest a suitable alternative. Either way, we will keep you informed.

Tax Charges – all wine prices include the standard UK VAT of 17.5%.

Credit Card Security – Payment transactions are handled through RBS Worldpay on our behalf. RBS Worldpay uses both established and innovative Transaction Encryption techniques to ensure the security and integrity of sensistive data. Your payment details are therefore protected to the greatest extent possible.

Guarantee and returns policy – we will replace any corked wines or bottles that have been broken. Please let us know as soon as possible. Refunds may be given at the discretion of the company management.

Privacy Policy – Appellation Wines does not disclose customer information to anyone else. The only third party who will get to know any of your information are our couriers as they need to know your address, so they can deliver your wine.
