In order to create greater complexity and make the most of our winemaking capabilities and capacity, our Grenache and Roussanne grapes have been joined by some Bourboulencs and Clairettes from two partner winegrowers whose grapes come from the exceptional Rayas terroirs.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eAppearance\u003c\/strong\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e– Bright, deep straw yellow hue.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eNose\u003c\/strong\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e–  Very complex and discreet. In its early youth, the nose is fresh with mineral and citrus notes. After one or two years of cellar-ageing, the first nose is dominated by notes of peaches and pears and then goes on to develop exotic aromas of ripe mango and a floral touch of jasmine and rose with a hint of gunflint.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cstrong\u003ePalate\u003c\/strong\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e–  When young, the wine is fresh on entry and continues with a nice balance between roundness and acidity set off by touches of citrus and minerality.
