Holy Goat Brewing Heretic is a barrel-aged Flanders-style oud bruin matured in oloroso sherry casks, delivering deep layers of red fruit, balsamic acidity, dark cherry and raisin with rich notes of toasted oak and nutty oxidative sherry character. Medium-bodied with a vinous tartness and mellow sweetness, it finishes long, dry and complex with lingering dried fruit and sherry-soaked wood.
