Thursday 6th August @ 8pm. So far this year, we've matched wine with haggis, lamb and cheese on many occasions. It's now time to try a range of the different styles of preserved meats. These were products usually developed in the first place to give the meat a longer life, but now they're the end purpose! What will we taste with those?
